As a veteran prenatal fitness coach of 10 years,entrepreneur, and founder of Moji Doyle Wellness Consulting and Prenatal Fitness & Beyond,I began my journey in the wellness arena by collecting articles about health, wellness, fitness and nutrition at the young age of sixteen. Little did I know at the time that this would one day develop into a very fulfilling and rewarding career. Since I was passionate about staying healthy and fit during both my pregnancies, I had the honor to educate and train hundreds of women in the South Florida area about the importance and benefits of exercise throughout the trimesters. Living a healthy lifestyle in my book should not only be implemented before, during and after pregnancy, but as we are raising our families, we should set good examples for our children to lead an active life, and by fueling our bodies for the most part with healthful options.
